Old age home visit
Student –teachers of our college visited sukanksha, chaithanyananda, Gandhi orphanage and old age home, interacted with inmates about their facilities and problems and made financial contribution collected from student – teacher’s faculty& management.

Inauguration of Kannada Sangha
It was inaugurated by the our principal Prof. K R Jayadevappa, Dr. Pradeep Kumar T , Sri. Vijay Mareppanavar professors as well as student - teachers of our college underlined the importance of Kannada language.

Community Living Camp (CLC)
CLC is an integral part of BEd Course as per Bangalore University regulation. The above programme was organized at Swamy Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana for 3 days from 23-03-2015 to 25-03-2015. In this camp all students faculty will live together, eat together and participate in different activities from morning to till night. Main activities of camp are Shramadan, yoga, sports activities, village survey,cultural activities besides talks by experts and community people.

Inauguration of Students Union
It was inaugurated by Shri H.S. Palaksha Murthy president of our society, Dr. M. S. Talwar Dean Faculty of Education, Bangalore University was the president and Dr. S. srikanta Swamy Additional Director, Christ University Bangalore was the chief guest.

It was celebrated in our college in collaboration with alumni association of our college. Speakers spoke about the problems and achievements of successful women in different field.

Awareness Rally on H1N1
Awareness Rally on HINI was organized by our college in collaboration with health department. Student-teachers and doctors spoke about preventive measures i.e, DO’S and DON’T’S of H1 N1 to the public.

National Science Day
National Science Day was celebrated in our college teacher-educators and students spoke about the importance of Science day in general and contribution of Sir C.V. Raman for the cause of humanity through science. On that occasion Quiz was conducted and prizes were awarded to the winners.

RTE Awareness Programme
Rally was organized to develop awareness among public through student-teachers of our college they went round pattegaraplaya extension with banners and play cards to capture the attention of public with regard to the importance of education.

Prime Minister’s flood relief
Student- Teachers of our college collected money from the Faculty, Management, and public and contributed to Prime Minister’s flood relief fund and Earth Quake fund in Kashmir, Nepal respectively.
